- 職務内容
- This role exists to:
- Secure and enhance the core IT competencies of the company, which
will lead to the competitive strength in the market, with including
partner operations with IBM.
- Ensure the infrastructure and application architecture deployment and
support for the semi-conductor wafer engineering and Fab.
The key result indicators for this role are:
- The individual will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of
infrastructure (IT/ facilities) solutions, computing devices such
as PC, printer, mobile devices and cloud solutions for the Japan
and oversea sites, will ensure that all business, technical,
operational and facilities requirements will be met.
- The individual documents and maintains updates with proper
communication to the user and IT community.
【Core Responsibilities: 5-8 priorities】
Resolve IT support requests from employees.
Support queries regarding mobile computing, printing equipment.
Plan and execute onboarding and offboarding IT and security
orientation.
Plan and execute mobile computing refresh with respective vendors.
Log, analyze and report service requests.
Documentation and reporting.
Cross-team and functional communication. - 応募資格/応募条件
- 2 years of experience of IT end-user support/helpdesk.
Experience of working in semi-conductor industry, or working for the IT
system/project of semi-conductor industry preferable.

processing knowledge and experience
- Administration of Active Directory, Azure, Sharepoint, Exchange/Email
Desired:
- Knowledge of ETL software
